About us:

We are a family run business with emphasis on quality and care. We understand that you want your Race Night to be a roaring success in terms of an entertaining and memorable evening for your guests but also a fundraising triumph. We will provide you with the tools and assistance to make this happen. On the night of the Race we will bring along all the necessary audio and visual equipment to present the Race Night, together with a selection of races over both flat and jumps, and all the necessary tote tickets  and Race Programmes.

Organising Your Race Night:

The first step is to plan a date and get a venue booked. We suggest that you give yourself plenty of time to promote the event to as many people as possible.

If you want to sell Admission Tickets to the Race Night these will need to be produced in advance. Clearly state the venue, date and time of the Race Night, together with any other added attractions such as Buffet, Disco etc.

Sell the Admission Tickets in advance; this way you can be sure of people attending and if they have already paid for their entry this leaves them with more cash in their pockets for the betting on the night.

On the run up to the Race Night, approach local businesses or even individuals to sponsor a race. This will be a form of promotion for them. They will get a mention on the night and you may also let them place advertising material on the guests' tables on the night. You may also wish to consider trying to find a main sponsor to sponsor the event as a whole.

Sell Owners and Jockeys in advance. This is very important as it starts to fill coffers before the event even begins and helps to keep the event running smoothly on the night.

We would strongly recommend 8 people in your club or organisation are appointed to take responsibility for the selling of  one race each. They can then each approach their friends, family, work colleagues etc - so widening the circle of potential supporters and also easing the burden of fundraising and organisation.

The above may seem a little onerous on first read but it really is worth the effort - the best way to achieve a fundraising success is to be in a profitable situation before the doors to the event are open!

"Great experience from start to finish; nothing was too much trouble, a pleasure working with you guys..."
